Schezwan Sauce :

Method :
- Ginger garlic paste : 1 tsp
- Kashmiri red chili paste : 3-4 tbsp
- Tomato ketchup : 1 tbsp
- white paper powder : ½ tsp
- Soy Sauce : 1 tsp
- sugar : ½ tsp
- Water : ½ cup
- Vinegar : ½ tsp
- Salt to taste
Method :
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add ginger-garlic paste saute for 2-3 minutes.
- Add kashmiri red chili paste, mix and cook till the oil separated or 4-5 minutes.
- Add tomoto ketchup, white paper powder, soy sauce, sugar and salt and mix well.
- Add ½ cup water and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Add vinegar, switch off heat and mix well.
- Ready Schezwan sauce.
