Schezwan Sauce :




Ingredients : 


  • Ginger garlic paste : 1 tsp
  • Kashmiri red chili paste : 3-4 tbsp
  • Tomato ketchup : 1 tbsp
  • white paper powder : ½ tsp
  • Soy Sauce : 1 tsp
  • sugar : ½ tsp
  • Water : ½ cup
  • Vinegar : ½ tsp
  • Salt to taste



Method : 


  • Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add ginger-garlic paste saute for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add kashmiri red chili paste, mix and cook till the oil separated or 4-5 minutes.
  • Add tomoto ketchup, white paper powder, soy sauce, sugar and salt and mix well.
  • Add ½ cup water and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  • Add vinegar, switch off heat and mix well.
  • Ready Schezwan sauce.
