Pizza Sauce (Home Made)






Timing :

Ingredient :


  • Tomatoes (red/large) : 5-6
  • Garlic (chopped) : 1 tsp
  • Onions (chopped) : ¼ cup
  • Red chili flakes : 1 tsp
  • Oregano : ½ tsp
  • Tomato sauce : 1½ tbsp
  • Oil : 2 tsp
  • Sugar powder : ½ tsp
  • Kashmiri chili powder : 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste

Method :

  • First of all, take a tomatoes and place into boiling water. Boil it until the skin begins to peel.
  • Next, peel the skin of tomatoes once they cooled completely and blend in a mixer to a smooth pulp. Transfer to the plate and keep aside.
  • Now heat a oil in a medium flame and add garlic and saute for few seconds.
  • Add chopped onions and saute on a medium flame for few minutes.
  • Add the prepared tomatoes puree, red chili flakes, oregano, kashmiri chili powder, tomato sauce and sugar powder and mix well and cook 2-3 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
  • Add salt to taste and mix well and get the sauce to a boil.
  • Cover and simmer the sauce for at least 5 minutes or till the sauce turns thick.
  • Pizza sauce is ready. Transfer in a airtight container and use as required.


Tips :

  • You can replace simple cooking Oil to Olive oil. Using olive oil will make the taste absolutely good.
  • To make sauce more spicy add green chili.
  • Store the pizza sauce in a air-tight container and Satys fresh in the fridge for 4 days and freezer for at least 1 month.
