Timing :
- Preparation time : 5 minutes
- cooking time : 15 minutes
- Total time : 20 minutes
Ingredient :
- Tomatoes (red/large) : 5-6
- Garlic (chopped) : 1 tsp
- Onions (chopped) : ¼ cup
- Red chili flakes : 1 tsp
- Oregano : ½ tsp
- Tomato sauce : 1½ tbsp
- Oil : 2 tsp
- Sugar powder : ½ tsp
- Kashmiri chili powder : 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
Method :
- First of all, take a tomatoes and place into boiling water. Boil it until the skin begins to peel.
- Next, peel the skin of tomatoes once they cooled completely and blend in a mixer to a smooth pulp. Transfer to the plate and keep aside.
- Now heat a oil in a medium flame and add garlic and saute for few seconds.
- Add chopped onions and saute on a medium flame for few minutes.
- Add the prepared tomatoes puree, red chili flakes, oregano, kashmiri chili powder, tomato sauce and sugar powder and mix well and cook 2-3 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
- Add salt to taste and mix well and get the sauce to a boil.
- Cover and simmer the sauce for at least 5 minutes or till the sauce turns thick.
- Pizza sauce is ready. Transfer in a airtight container and use as required.
Tips :
- You can replace simple cooking Oil to Olive oil. Using olive oil will make the taste absolutely good.
- To make sauce more spicy add green chili.
- Store the pizza sauce in a air-tight container and Satys fresh in the fridge for 4 days and freezer for at least 1 month.
