Besan Toast (Morning Breakfast)
Why is it important to eat breakfast in Morning?
Studies show that eating a healthy morning meal helps prevent further weight gain. Avoid overindulging in high-calorie foods throughout the day. Breakfast also provides you with essential nutrients that can be stored into energy so you can feel productive for the rest of the day.

Preparation time : 5 minutes
cooking time : 10 minutes
Total time : 15-20 minutes
Main Ingredients :
- Gram flour (Besan) : 1 cup
- Onion (chopped) : 1 small bowl
- Cumin seeds : 1 tsp
- Chili flakes : 1 tsp
- Chaat Masala : ½ tsp
- Coriander leaves : 2 tsp
- Turmeric : 1 tsp
- Green chili : ½ tsp
- Salt to taste
- Bread : 4 pcs
Method :
- Add Gram flour in a big mixing bowl.
- Then add cumin seeds, chili flakes, chaat masala, coriander leaves, onions and green chili. Add salt as per taste.
- Mix well and add water in regular intervals to smooth the paste.
- Take the bread and dip it in the paste to cover completely.
- Put a pan on medium heat and place the dipped bread over it.
- Flip and cook both side.
- Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
