Ingredient :
- All purpose flour : 1½ cup
 - Ghee : 2 tsp
 - Orange food color : ¼ tsp
 - Eno : ½ tsp
 - Cardamom Powder : ¼ tsp
 - Oil for fry
 
For Sugar Syrup
- Sugar : 1½ cup
 - Water : 1 cup
 - Cardamom powder : ¼ tsp
 - few saffron strands
 
Method :
For Sugar Syrup :
- Add sugar and water in a deep pot, heat on medium flame.
 
- When the sugar melts, add cardamom powder and keep stirring till one string consistency is achieved.
 
- Now add in saffron and mix well. Turn of the flame and set aside till in use.
 
For batter : 
- First of all, in a large bowl add all purpose flour and 2 tsp ghee and mix well.
 - Add orange food color and water to form a flowing consistency batter.
 - Now add cardamom powder.
 - Keep the batter aside for 10 to 15 minutes.
 - Then add Eno in batter and put on top of Eno add 1 tsp water (for activate Eno). Stir batter only one side.
 - Put the batter in to the squeeze bottle.
 
For Making jalebi :
- In a flat pan add oil heat it and start making the jalebi by squeezing the batter in jalebi shape(in picture).
 - Fry them on one side for some minutes.
 - Once they fry properly flip them into sugar syrup for 1 minutes and take out.
 - Jalebi is ready.
 - Serve Jalebi hot with fafada and vanela gnthiya.
 
Tips :
- Make sugar syrup first and then after making batter for Jalebi.
 
- The batter should not be too thick or thin. Make sure your batter is of flowing consistency.
