Green Chutney :
Method :
Timing :
- Preparation Time: 10 minutes
 
Ingredients :
- Coriander leaves : 1 cup
 - Mint leaves : ½ cup
 
- Ginger : 1 inch
 - Hung curd : 2-3 tbsp
 - Cumin seed powder (roasted) : ½ tsp
 - Chat masala : ½ tsp
 - Lemon juice : ½ tsp
 - Salt to taste
 
Method :
- wash and roughly chopped coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chili and ginger.
 
- In a blander jar add all this chopped and add Hung curd, cumin seed powder, chat masala and lemon juice. Add salt to taste and blend to a thick paste using minimal amounts of water if required.
 
- Bland until smooth.
 
- Transfer to a bowl or store for a day or two in the refrigerator in an airtight container.
 
- Serve as an accompaniment.
 
Tips :
- Prepared hung curd, by putting the curd in a cloth and hanging it for half an hour, this will help remove the water content from the curd.
