Ingredients :
For red sauce
- Tomatos (medium size): 3 pcs
 - Onions : 1 pcs
 - Garlic : 2 cloves
 - Tulasi Patta (chopped) : 1 tsp
 - Tej patta : 2 pcs
 - Chili flakes : ¼ tsp
 - Italian mix herbs : ½ tsp
 - Pepper : ¼ tsp
 - Olive oil : 2 tsp
 - Salt to taste
 - Cheese (normal) : 2 tbsp
 
For boiling pasta 
- Penne pasta (or any) : 1 bowl
 - Salt to Pinch
 - Olive oil : 2 tsp
 - Water for boil
 
Method :
- Wash tomato and boil for 5 min.
 - Now switch of the flame and aside for a cold. After peel of the of the skin and blend to smooth puree.
 - In a large pen add some water to boil. Add pinch of salt, olive oil with Penne pasta.
 - Cook the Penne pasta for 10-15 minutes or till they are soft.
 - Finally, drain the pasta and keep aside.
 - In a large pan heat olive oil and saute tej patta and garlic until aromatic.
 - Also saute onion until golden brown.
 - Further add prepared tomato puree and saute for 5 min.
 - Also add Tulsi patta, chili flakes, mixed herbs, pepper, salt and mix well.
 - Cover and simmer for 10 minutes. and add boiled pasta
 - Mix gently, making sure the sauce has coated well.
 
- Finally, serve red sauce pasta hot topped with Mozzarella cheese or any cheese of your choice.
